Our frankly support team is available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 and at weekends from 09:00 to 18:00 on 0800 320 002.

Please note these opening hours on public holidays.

Abroad

If you are currently abroad, you can reach the frankly support at the same times on  +41 44 293 98 71 (for customers domiciled in Switzerland).
