Sphere of activity and super­vision

The Sparen 3 pension foundation of Zürcher Kantonalbank aims to promote tax-privileged, tied private pension provision within the meaning of Art. 82 of the Federal Act on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans by concluding appropriate pension agreements with private customers on an individual basis. The Sparen 3 pension foundation of Zürcher Kantonalbank is subject to the Pensions and Trusts Supervisory Authority for the Canton of Zurich.

The purpose of the Zürcher Kantonalbank Vested Benefits Foundation is the investment and management of pension assets. It accepts funds from occupational pension institutions which, on termination of an employment relationship, correspond to the regulatory claims of employees to future pension services. The Zürcher Kantonalbank Vested Benefits Foundation is subject to the OPA and foundation supervision of the Canton of Zurich.
