How do I transfer my money from my frankly vested benefits account to my new employer’s pension fund?

Simply log in to frankly and fill out the relevant form.

Please send us the completed form “Request for Transfer to Another Pension Scheme  (Withdrawal of Lump Sum without Tax Effects)” (PDF):

You can also find the form in your frankly account:

  1. Log in to frankly via your computer or tablet.
  2. Navigate to “Settings”
  3. Navigate to “Withdraw credit balance”
  4. Navigate to “Transfer to another pension scheme or pension fund”.
  5. Fill in the “Request for Transfer to Another Pension Scheme (Withdrawal of Lump Sum without Tax Effects)” form.
