Where can I find documents for my tax return?

You can find the tax certificate in the frankly app and in the web version.

To download your tax certificate, please do the following:

  1. Log in via the frankly app or web.
  2. Click on your profile in the app; in the web version click on the “Documents” section.
  3. You can find the tax certificate in the app under “Mailbox”; or in the web version under “receipts ”.

There is a separate tax certificate for each account.
