How can I close my frankly pillar 3a or vested benefits account?

You can close your frankly pillar 3a account at any time without notice. You can also sell your securities on a daily basis. You are not committed to a minimum term.

Terminating your business relationship with frankly

If you would like to withdraw your credit balance, navigate to your profile in the app, click on “Pillar 3a” and then “Withdraw credit balance”. Then select the applicable reason, download the PDF and send us the signed original document.

In the web version, navigate to the settings, click on “Withdraw credit balance” and then “Withdraw”. Then select the applicable reason, download the PDF and send us the signed original document.
