FAQ Overview

On which devices and operating systems can frankly be used?

The frankly app is available on various devices and operating systems. Make sure that one of the specified app versions is installed in order to use the frankly app without any problems.

Devices

Google Android:

  • The app is compatible with Android smartphones and optimized for the most common models.
  • You need at least the Android 8.0 operating system or higher.

Apple iOS:

  • To use the frankly app on Apple devices, you need at least iOS 14 or higher.

Huawei Devices:

  • It is important that the Google Play Store is available on your Huawei device.

Operating systems

App versions:

  • For iOS devices: Version 3.0.1
  • For Android devices: Version 3.0.1

Note

To be able to use the frankly app, you must be resident in Switzerland, have a Swiss mobile phone number and be at least 18 years old.
