Start transfer: After opening your account, go back to the home page, open the Vested benefits window again, select the account you have opened and click on “Transfer”.
Enter details: Select your current pension provider and enter your policy number or the IBAN number from your current provider. If you don’t have them available right now, you can skip this step.
Obtain PDF: Decide whether you would like to receive the PDF by post (incl. pre-paid envelope) or download and print it yourself.
Submit form: Check your details, sign the form and send it to your current provider as soon as possible.
