All those who recommend frankly to friends who then become new clients, i.e. who do not already have a business relationship with frankly, between 1 May and 30 June 2024 will be entered into the prize draw. Your friends must open their frankly account, entering your personal referral code, between 1 May and 30 June 2024 (closing date for entries at midnight). The person with the most referrals during the campaign is in with a chance to win the following:

If there is a tie between more than one person with the same number of recommendations, the winner will be decided in a draw. There are a maximum of ten winners.

Only natural persons resident in Switzerland who are over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the prize draw. Zürcher Kantonalbank as well as the Savings 3 Pension Foundation and Vested Benefits Foundation of Zürcher Kantonalbank reserve the right to exclude individual frankly users from the prize draw, to suspend the promotion or to reclaim the prize, particularly in the event of suspected abuse or fraud. There shall be no claim to payment or compensation in the event of exclusion or if the promotion is suspended. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge. The winners will be notified personally by e-mail no later than two weeks after the end of the campaign. If the winner does not respond to the notification within two weeks, their claim to the prize will be forfeited. Zürcher Kantonalbank, as well as the Savings 3 Pension Foundation and Vested Benefits Foundation of Zürcher Kantonalbank, may use your contact details in connection with the prize draw as well as for marketing purposes. No correspondence will be entered into about the draw. The credit may only be transferred to an account held at a Swiss bank. Any cash payment is excluded and the judge’s decision shall be considered final.
